In the position of being put into a room with nothing else but an object that we have no knowledge of, we use what we think we know to attempt to label the object or at least define.

We touch the object; feel its curves, points texture. We smell the object: smells bring back memories, with these memories we can picture more to what the object is by trying to relate it to other objects that we can identify.

If it makes a noise we use our ears. Sometimes we even relate back to our toddler years of constantly putting things in our mouths to see if there is a taste present.

Most of all, we look at the object; this is both our most profitable and devastating sense of all. Our original perception is changed based on the inception of other sources. Internal deception/inception comes from your mind itself affecting what your senses are telling you.

This process of inception/deception is also at times intentional. This intentional inception/deception is intended to trick the mind into thinking it is experiencing what it is not

The question in one's mind, there will always be

"What if they are right?"

Even though there is too much pride to admit this perception out loud
